Shipping and Handling

Please refer to your contract for specific shipping information.

We specialize in getting your products to you quickly.
Orders received before 2:00 CST will be packed and shipped that day. If received after that time, the order will be packed and shipped the following business day.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST. Wound Care Resources Sales routinely ships by UPS or FedEx.

The following holidays will be observed by our office when standard shipping service is not available: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day.

Tracking
You will be provided a tracking number so you may track the delivery information on your package.

Canceling orders or making changes to an order
Please call our toll free number at 888-287-9797 before 2 hours have elapsed so that we may make changes or cancel before the order reaches our packing and shipping department.



Returns and Exchange Policy

Please refer to your contract for details

• Only unopened, unused packages purchased from us and in perfect resale condition
  may be returned.
• A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
• Products requested but not specified under current contract may not be returned.
• All returns must be mailed back to us within 30 days of purchase.

Please use the following procedure:

  1. Pack items carefully
  2. Call us at 888-287-9797 to obtain an RMA number.  This number must be clearly placed outside the box.  Packages received without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you
  3. Insure your package for the cost of your items
  4. Send returns to:

Returned products will be inspected.
Once your products have been considered to be in perfect resalable condition, your credit card will be credited for the returned items less the restocking fee.  All shipping charges are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable.

Returns due to product defect or incorrect products sent
If products were sent in error or are defective, Wound Care Resources Sales must be contacted within two days of delivery for an adjustment to be made.  We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number to ship the product back to our office, and resend the correct items at no extra cost for shipping and handling.  Please follow these steps:

To request a return please call our toll free number 888-287-9797 with the following information:

  • Customer name
  • Date of purchase
  • Original invoice number
  • Product item number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return.
  • Upon verification of the above information, our returns department will assign a return authorization number and process a request for a UPS pickup.

    Returns due to shipping damage
    Damaged boxes should not be accepted upon delivery.  However, if you do accept or receive a damaged box and the contents have been damaged, please use our contact form or call our toll free number at 888-287-9797.

     

    General Policies

    Product Availability:
    Wound Care Resources Sales cannot be liable for delays caused by a shortage of raw materials, manufacturing difficulties, delivery delays, labor disputes or any other issues beyond our control.

    Sales tax will be applied in accordance with state and federal laws.
